The annual Leadership Training Camp aims to hone student leaders’ leadership and problem-solving skills and foster team spirit through various adventurous activities
Co-organized by the Environmental Education Group and the English Department, this year’s camp took place in Mui Wo from November 23 to 24, 2024, with 30 Form 3 to Form 5 student leaders participating.
During the camp, participants engaged in different team-building activities, including kayaking, flag pole making, waterfall canyoning, and an orienteering activity called the Great Race.
These challenges required effective communication and co-operation within teams, focusing on boosting motivation, self-confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging among student leaders.
