Our school is a participating member of the CUHK Secondary School Coral Nursery Education Programme, organized by the Coral Academy. This allows students to contribute directly to coral conservation and gain a deeper understanding of environmental protection.
In the S.5 curriculum, a field study course is organized to allow students to apply ecological theories in practice. Habitats selected for study include freshwater streams, rocky shores, mangroves, or terrestrial environments.
Students are highly encouraged to participate in biology-related co-curricular activities, such as:
- Hong Kong Biology Literacy Award
- International Biology Olympiad (Hong Kong Contest)
- University-led talks and workshops
