From 28 June to 2 July, 24 S5 Geography students and three teachers embarked on an unforgettable study tour to Jeju Island, South Korea.
During the trip, students explored Jeju’s spectacular volcanic landscapes, dramatic coastal landforms, unique rock formations, and lush forests, gaining first-hand understanding of geographical concepts beyond the classroom. In addition to field studies, they immersed themselves in Jeju’s rich culture through authentic cultural experiences, tasting delicious local cuisine, and visiting vibrant traditional markets.
This meaningful journey allowed students to step out of the classroom, broaden their horizons, and connect textbook knowledge with the real world. It was truly a valuable and enriching learning experience.
