Such actions not only damage the reputation of our school but may also result in financial losses for suppliers. Our school has reported this incident to the law enforcement authorities.
We hereby remind all suppliers:
* Our staff will not use school business cards as proof of identity.
* For any large-scale procurement, the school will conduct a quotation and approval process.
* If you receive any suspicious order requests, whether by email or phone, please contact the school immediately to verify their authenticity.
We urge all suppliers to remain vigilant against any unfamiliar orders or payment requests. Together, we can prevent fraudulent activities.
